We are quite happy to process native Corel Draw CDR files, have been doing so since Draw version 2, and were one of Corel's first Windows-based service bureau partners back when Draw 3 came out. At present we do not support Draw X3; you will need to save your X3 file back as a v12 file. Ancient Draw files, such as v3, may require special procedures for us to open them in more recent versions.
